I ordered a few countryballs from here. Cuba as 20cm and Greece, Estonia, and Czechia as 9cm. They had arrived great but a 9cm Cuba was accidentally sent instead of a 20cm.

After I originally left a review the company reached out and sent a 20cm Cuba completely for free! I am really happy to have this now. Thank you a lot!

Each countryball is amazing quality as well.
Also, the 9cm are sent with keychains on them. I just chose to take those off.
